This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how Scaling Deals (“Scaling Deals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use our website at scalingdeals.com, book or attend a call with us, receive calls, texts or emails from us, or use our Google Ads and lead generation services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.
1.Who this Policy covers
This Policy covers people who visit our website, fill out our forms, book calls with us, and work with us as clients (real estate investors and wholesalers).
Homeowners and sellers. If you filled out a form on a website we run for one of our clients (for example, a “sell my house fast” page), that website belongs to our client. Our client decides how your information is used, and their privacy policy applies. We handle that information on our client’s behalf as a service provider, only to deliver our services to them.
Clients. If you are a client, your signed client agreement may include more terms about your information and your leads. Those terms add to this Policy.
2.Information we collect
- Contact information. Name, email, phone number, business name and the areas you work in.
- Form answers. The answers you give on our forms, such as your ad budget, target areas and where your leads come from now.
- Website and device data. IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit, general location, referral source, and data from cookies and pixels.
- Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
- Call recordings. We record sales calls, onboarding calls and client meetings, with notice, for quality, training and record-keeping.
- Calls and texts. Records of calls and text messages between you and us, including calls and texts sent by automated or AI systems.
- Client account data. When you are a client, we access your Google Ads account, analytics, website and CRM to run your campaigns. This can include lead data your campaigns collect.
- Other information you send us. Emails, messages, testimonials, reviews and support requests.
3.How we use your information
- To reply to you, book and hold calls, and see if our Services are a good fit.
- To deliver our Services: build and run Google Ads, set up tracking, websites and automations, and send leads to your CRM.
- To process payments and keep business records.
- To send calls, texts and emails about your inquiry, your calls and our Services (see Section 4).
- To measure and improve our ads, website and Services.
- To protect our systems, stop fraud and follow the law.
Where the law requires a legal basis (for example, in the EEA or UK), we rely on: performing our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate business interests, and legal obligations.
4.Calls, text messages and AI calls
When you submit a form on our website, you agree that Scaling Deals may contact you at the phone number you gave, by calls and text messages, including automated, prerecorded or AI calls and texts, about your inquiry, your booked calls and our Services. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop texts, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP or email support@scalingdeals.com.
- We do not sell or share your phone number or text consent with third parties for their own marketing.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5.AI tools
We use AI tools to help run our Services, for example AI calling, call notes and summaries. Information you share may be processed by these tools and by the companies that provide them, only to deliver our Services. We do not use AI to make decisions about you that have legal or similar major effects without a person involved.
6.Cookies and tracking
We use cookies, pixels and similar tools (for example, from Meta, Google and our analytics providers) to run the website, measure ads and show relevant ads. Types include:
- Necessary cookies that make the site work.
- Analytics cookies that show how people use the site.
- Advertising cookies and pixels that measure and improve our ads.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work without them. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies.
7.Who we share information with
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as hosting (including Google Cloud), CRM and scheduling tools, calling and texting tools, AI tools, email tools, analytics and advertising platforms, and Stripe for payments. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
- Legal reasons. Government agencies, courts or others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
- Business changes. A buyer or partner if we merge, sell or reorganize our business. This Policy will still apply.
- With your permission or when you ask us to share.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law.
Outside the U.S. We are based in the United States and store data in the U.S. If you are outside the U.S., your information will be moved to and handled in the U.S., where privacy laws may be different. Where required, we use legal safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
8.Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy;
- Correct information that is wrong;
- Delete your information (with some legal exceptions);
- Stop or limit certain uses, including marketing;
- Take back consent you gave before;
- Get your data in a common format (portability); and
- Complain to your local data protection authority.
California residents also have the right not to be treated differently for using these rights, and may use an authorized agent. Residents of the EEA, UK, Canada (including Quebec), Australia, Brazil and other places may have similar rights under local law.
To use any of these rights, email support@scalingdeals.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.
9.Your choices
- Emails: click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email, or email us.
- Texts: reply STOP.
- Calls: tell us on the call or email us to stop calls.
- Recordings: tell us before or at the start of a call if you don’t want it recorded. Some Services may need recordings to work.
We will still send messages about your account, calls you booked or work we are doing for you.
10.How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reasons in this Policy, including legal, tax, accounting and record-keeping needs, and to settle disputes or enforce our agreements. How long depends on how long we work together, what the law requires, and how sensitive the information is. Call recordings are kept as long as needed for quality, training and records, then deleted.
11.Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls and secure hosting. No website or system is 100% secure, so we cannot promise complete security.
12.Children
Our Services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
13.Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date. If a change affects your rights in a big way, we will tell you by email or on our website. Using the Services after a change means you accept it.
